Jimmy Nichols crashed at Dallas Raceway last night. Some thought it was Dave Covey in it originally, as they had double-tech'd the car.
Part of the crash can be heard on the starting line video in this week's North Texas Bracket Racing.com video segment.
Brad Young broke on the starting line. Otherwise, this would have been a 2-car incident. Brad says he's glad to be out a transmission, not a whole car.
Jimmy was dialed a 4.93. He center punched the wall, which ruptured the fuel tank and created a fireball.
