Just after dotcom does a nice little piece on him, he's gonna have to use a prov to get in at Bristol.....sigh....sure hope he's got one left.

Well as said hundreds of times before, He is not much of a driver in a stock car. He needs more time on the local dirt tracks, late models etc. Just seems to me that he isnt at all a outstading driver in BGN or a stock car for that matter.

With The Earnhardt Name, He gets whatever he wants. I doubt that he would ever be in a stock car of any kind if it wasnt for it. Its gonna be a real wake up if or when he gets booted from that ride.

Please...that guy will have a ride whenever and wherever he wants one. No matter how dangerous and unskilled he is.

hmmmm...wonder if his last name wasn't Earnhardt would he be catchin this flack drivin with a rookie team?..and I guess winnin 3 of 5 starts in ARCA isn't much of an accomplishment either...bet the ARCA boys would disagree....oh and by the way....Hi all, this seems like another good place to lurk and post!!..:D

hooty, glad to have you aboard. :)

I think Middle E will improve as he gets more seat time. Don't know that he will ever be ripping the tracks apart, but he could develop into a competent driver.

Welcome to ya Hooty! Enjoy your stay at the Best place on the NET!

I wonder which Earnhardt has the adoption papers for Steve Park then.

I don't know about all of Kerry's ARCA starts, but I do know that at Michigan he had the Pennzoil Winston Cup team pitting him. So, he was getting 15 second pit stops while the other teams were in the low 20s at best. There's quite an advantage to be had when you're getting out of the pits 7 or 8 seconds ahead of the competition.

I will say that he has improved his performance in the Supercuts car as the year has progressed and the fact it is a rookie team must be taken into consideration.

LOL @ the Park comment...

That he had some of the best stuff on the track during his ARCA thing is a given. Even blind squirells find a nut sometimes.

Busch racing is no easier to break in to than Winston Cup, and perhaps even a bit harder. Good equipment is always a factor. I had high hopes for Middle E, but they are being quickly dashed. Considering the equipment I was hoping for more.

whether it was arca or not....having the best equipment and knowing what to do with it are 2 different things....look at some of the drivers in WC and busch in top stuff and they aren't doin squat....in arca kerry had good cars with good set ups and did well....this year he may have good stuff but kerry and his team haven't got everything working on the same page....last time I checked, this was a TEAM sport, but only kerry is being singled out here......maybe he never will amount to a top notch championship driver, maybe he will..but geez..give him more than 20 races with a new team to do somethin....:)
