We're gonna have a pair of monday races, folks.

edit- actually, the nationwide race will be a night race tonight. This band should be gone by 4.

I hope we get this in. realistically...not quite. Waiting to hear something from officials. May have to go chase them down.
 
Yup, 60% chance of rain tomorrow so we may have to wait till Monday. It really got on my nerves when that woman(can't think of her name) in the booth kept saying "Still a little damp here" when it was pouring rain:rolleyes:
 
Looks like there's a window of opportunity between 1:00 & 1:59. Maybe we can still get this bad-boy in! :growl:
 
I've been looking too. No rain over the area. Hope it'll be a go.
 
Basically,

Radar is not showing the rain, it's more of a drizzle/mist. Cloud Sonar was picking it up earlier, now it's saying the clouds here are dry...obviously not.
 
At this point it doesn't matter to me if they race or not. I've about lost all interest.
 
It's amazing, I looked at two different radars because I didn't think the first was working. There isn't a drop of rain anywhere near the track but........
 
Well, we really needed to hear Mark Martin kiss Rick Hendrick's ass again anyway.
 
If it rains tomorrow they should just call the race and give it to the pole sitter. Seems only fair:D lol
 
give it to the 48 hes hasn't won the last two races hes in a slump

Let me be the first to give you a LIVE update...............it's STILL drizzling here at the track! We haven't floated away tho' :D I am NOT giving up as I want to see some racing and so we wait until tomorrow. Cup race is at 11am CDT to be shown live on Fox and the Nationwide race will follow at 4pm CDT to be shown live on ESPN2. Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! Even with all of the rain we've had fun! Mag even came by for a visit! Sorry I had to rush you off, but I didn't want you and your assistant to get caught in the downpour that was headed to the track. I know that you drove right into it, but you didn't get dreched getting back to your car!!! Glad you got home safe and sound!!!!!

Love to you all! Let's get some racing in tomorrow! I have to go back to work on Wednesday!!!!! :D:D

It's fine. Jeremy had fun this weekend, amid the rain. I be flyin solo tomorrow.
