There has been a possible change in my migraine status

I went to my neurologist and because of my constant migraines and headaches, I am now being checked for a medical conditional called pseudotumor cerebri. I go to an Opthamologiest on Tuesday. I go for an MRI on the 27th. I'm a little scared even though this is not life threatening.

I am still in pain every day.

Went to have my eyes checked yesterday and there is no pressure on them. I am fine, no Psuedotumor whatever it's called. The Dr said he could treat my migraines with Botox injections which I am going to discuss with my neurologist.

I was happy to report all of this to my worried daughter, who is at college.


I do have a whale of a headache today. It's better since I took some ibuprofen and Excedrin Migraine.

I am just getting over a summer flu or allergies. My sinuses hurt really bad for a couple of days. I was in some pain for something minor like that.

So I can only imagine what you are going through. I really hope everything comes out OK for you. You must be going through a whole lot. I will be praying for you. God Bless.

OMGsoh, you are so sweet, thank you so much. I'm sorry you were sick too. How awful for you.

The headaches haven't been so outrageous lately. They've been present but not that I can't handle them, usually Ibuprofen helps.

As I said above, one more test, the MRI test to go. I doubt they will find anything. I'm probably fine. Then it's back to the neurologist to discuss my options.

Well, I had my MRI today. They put me in a tube and it was loud. I thought i was going to freak out. I never want one of those again as long as I live.

Me neither. I thought I was going to freak out when she first put me in. I hated every minute but I stayed calm...somehow. I was in there over 20 minutes.
