There was a film clip on Totally NASCAR

with the tag end of the confrontation. It didn't show the beginning of the shoving match, but from the body positions it looked as if the photog got a good shove and that was it. He wasn't on the ground, no equipment was damaged.

I think some media and fans alike have taken this and run with it.

TRL, even on NASCAR.com the photog said Tony only shoved him once then left.

Personally, I have to give Tony a little credit for some self restraint considering his outbursts of the past. I know Coach is going to take him behind the woodshed again.
