I saw this guy when he was a street performer. He performed on the sidewalk at my college with a boom-box. I was standing 10 feet away. (just out of paint-range.)
The show blew me away, so I'm happy to finally figure out his name and that he's doing well...
My favorite was he said he was painting his favorite guitarist... so he started playing Dire Straits "Money for nothing..." painting painting blah blah... painting painted... then he paints on the scarf (when Mark Knopfler wore that kinda stuff) and it looks all wrong... he steps back... and says... "Oh, he's not my favorite..." Splashes another scarf and flips the painting UPSIDE DOWN and it's Jimmie Hendrix (right as the music flips to Foxy Lady!!)
Totally cool.
