What? A commercial break every freakin 10-12 laps? Horrible. :dual9mm:
 
You think that's bad. Next week TNT has both races. At least it helps break up the folow the leader, one lane track racing.
 
TNT is not as bad with commercails but yes every 10-12 laps is kinda crazy!
 
I like Fox alot better now as well. Some people like NBC better than fox. But we can't do anything about it and we are stuck with it!

I will tell you what the NBC post race is alot better that FOX! NBC actually spends more than 10 minutes after the race and talks to more than 5 drivers!

I really miss ESPN and the old TNN. I mean c'mon the GOO Goo Dolls, there about as much NASCAR as an F-1 start. The commercials are horrendous, the coverage mediocre at best, but yes i do like the longer post race coverage.

NBC stinks...the announcing staff and Chris Myers and Je4ff Hammond are great to watch on FOX...I will take FOX over NBC any day...however, I have no choice sometimes.
 
ALL of the FOX announcers seemed to know what they are talking about....Hammond and Waltrip bring that 'been there, done that' knowledge to the broadcast that NBC misses...

In fact it seems to me that some of the NBC guys are just reading cue cards...I'm a LONG way from being an expert, but they just don't seem to really know what they are talking about.

The interview guys need some practice too, the interview with Jr. after his wreck was really awkward! Seems like these guys should have to meet some sort of proffessional journalism standards (Interviewing 101)....

Gimme my FOX anyday....
 
i don't like fox or nbc, at least with nbc i don't have to listen to DW & Lmc act like they are still a driver and a crew cheif, no more Hwood hotel till next year, and DW's BBB Bull S--- still sux
I watch for the racin not to see which stupid anouncer can make the biggest fool of them self.
if your new to the sport you don't know what you missed before NASTYCAR stuck it to ESPN

FYI...I'm not a diehard Ford fan...just my fav drivers in Cup all happen to drive Fords. The two drivers I like in Busch drive the bowties & Matt did too when he was in Busch full time. Guys I like in CTS, one's in a Dodge & the other is in a bowtie & I drive a '02 Dodge Dakota & a '93 Mercury Tracer.
 
I've never seen so many commercials in a broadcast. It seemed like every 5-10 minutes there was another commercial. I hope it isn't like that every week.

I know, but maybe there were just more b/c it was their first race. I can hope that it's not like this all season, can't I? At least lie to me and make me think that, it's all I ask.

No, everything will be okay. No commercials. It will be commercial free. Matter of fact, Nascar will give each of it's viewers $1, just for supporting the sport!
