Open the ticket office 7 days a week and HOLIDAYS.Making people work on EASTER to sell tickets.

Tickets Remain for SUBWAY Fresh Fit 600: The thrill of NASCAR action at Phoenix International Raceway is just two weeks away, and tickets are available for each night of racing in the SUBWAY Fresh Fit 600 event weekend. Seats remain for grandstand areas and can be purchased online at PhoenixRaceway.com or over the phone at 1-866-408-RACE (7223). For added convenience, the Phoenix International Raceway Ticket Office will be open seven days a week leading up to the SUBWAY Fresh Fit 600" event weekend, giving race fans more time to buy tickets in person in the days before the green flag. The PIR Ticket Office will open for special hours on Saturday, March 27 and Sunday, March 28, and again on Saturday, April 3 and Sunday, April 4 (Easter Sunday), from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Additionally, the PIR Ticket Office will remain open on Good Friday Friday, April 2 for normal business hours. Normal weekday ticket office hours leading up to the event are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets for 2010 at Phoenix International Raceway can also be purchased online at PhoenixRaceway.com or by calling 1-866-408-RACE (7223).(Phoenix International Raceway)(3-28-2010)

And your point is. Easter is not as big of a deal as it use to be. Its become more of a mini Christmas then anything else in the last few years. Hell I even have to work Easter Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Its just the way the world works now a day.

My point is Opening the ticket offices 7 days a week plus holidays isn't going to sell more tickets.Give the employees their holiday off and fix the real reason nobody is buying tickets. The lack of racing on the track and make the cars look more like the production models.

How about lowering prices and getting the local accomodations not to triple & quadruple their room rates on race weekend. It costs a small fortune to go, esp. if you have to pay for anything other than tickets.
