There is the Chili Bowl Nationals at noon ET on Speed.
290+ midgets trying to make a 25 car A feature.
I was there and it was a great show!
 
and I have autocross driving school sat and season opener sunday to start my spring break

A week where my DVR can get a reprieve. I seriously seem to record about 30 hours a week worth of crap, so I am not complaining that much.

It was a great show, and they actually did a damn good job of covering it. Think I'll watch it again.

Saw your pics online. I was in turn 3 shooting, the same spot for 23 years.
 
NASCAR West is at Thunderhill Raceway in Kyle, TX on saturday. I don't know if there is any TV coverage. In the past HDNet did live coverage of those races, i don't know if they are this year.
 
I was looking at the schedule last week and couldn't believe there is no Nationwide or truck race.

That is odd. Usually there is at least one of them if not both racing on cup off weeks.
 
Good weekend to get my race car ready to go for the season. unfortunatley we dont start till middle of may :mad:
 
I'll be watching plenty of baksetball and waiting on the tournament selections to be announced.
 
We may head down to Caraway this weekend, depending on how cold it is. David Ragan is going to race in the Southern Modified Tour down there in the series opening race, a 150 lapper followed by a 200 lap late model race. I really want to attend, but the wife won't go if it's too cold. :(
 
Sunday afternoon a 4 eastern on Versus. The USAC "Copper on Dirt" from Manzanita. The legendary Manzi will be closing next month, so tune in a check it out.
 
Personally, i'm lovin it......... Sunday is my wife's birthday..........lol.... so now we can do somethin Saturday night, and Sunday afternoon......lol. Won't have to make excuses 'bout needin to wrap things up, or stayin up late to watch the race on DVR......hehe hehe.... keeps me outta the doghouse
 
There were some great races this weekend. I have some business in Oklahoma City tommorow so on the way I went to Deep South Speedway in Alabama for the World of Outlaws late models Friday and went to Thunderhill in Texas for NASCAR West and USAC Midgets. USAC wasn't so great but the other races were very good.

Nice!!!

Only racing I saw was a bit of a Baja-type race on Saturday. I don't even know what exactly is was since I only watched for a few minutes and then went to the gym.
