it gets tiring seeing the same person win this ""race"" every year lets see someone else do it and end the debate about it being fake!
 
I have a second tier of drivers that I cheer for:

1.Todd Bodine.Don't laugh...he is still about 500& better driver than Mikey.And a few others.

2.Blaney.Anyone that thinks Dave can't drive at this level is sadly mistaken.Probably performs better given his equipment than anyone else could all things being equal.

3.I like Schrader,too.Another real driver stuck in a junk ride.

4.Anybody in the Wood Brothers car.They have paid their dues for sure.

5.Kyle on sentiment,Johnny on being a nice guy.

6.And finally,an aside to Richard Childress:fire them all 3 and offer Ted Musgrave any price he wants!

Blaney is awesome.

I don't think Schrader purts forth the effort to deserve a decent ride.

Everyone knows my feelings on the Bodines, I pull for them every race.

Musgrave is happy where he is, I think he's stated several times he has no desire to race in Cup. But I like him, good guy. :)
 
Well the underdogs is all I root for!!!
My favortie guys are a couple of the Top Underdogs!!
I hope KP does well in the 500. He seemed to have a good car then fell to the back like he always does. I don't think he thought that the pack would split as much as it did, and that he would be able to work his way back to the front. I am kinda glad that he did not make the top 15, that way Kenny would make it into the race. Kenny might get the BAm Dodge its first top 10 this weekend.

For JB I am just hoping that they get his problem fixed before the 500
 
I would love to see Kyle Petty or Terry Labonte in Victory Lane!

Jimmy Spencer - give 'em hell.

Mike Wallace - give him just one race in Brother Rusty's ride. Just one race.

We all seem to be forgetting about Tony Raines making it into the big show. No sponsor, but is getting some help from RCR.


I always pull for the underdogs. It's more rewarding to see them do well than when a multi-multi-multi-multi million dollar team does well... again.

Also, believe it or not I consider myself a closet Roush Racing fan, especially Kenseth
Oh wait, come to think of it I also like BDR, Penske, and Yates.
Basically anyone but RCR, DEI, and Hendrick. Not that I don't like T. Labonte but just don't like his boss.

Anything running at Dayton,But a DEI car is an underdog.Go Dave Blaney. :D

You know me better than that Paul.If it smells like a rat,Good chance it is.With all due respect to Earnhardt fans,I think Daytona belongs to DEI.It would be a sin to loose all those Earnhardt fans,With the old man losing his life there and all.This is a big money draw,to big for Nascar to pass up. B)
