Time to Buy?

Since it looks like we need a new subject to talk about, how about this. I am thinking about buying CART stock. When do you guys think the right time to buy is going to be. Now or do I wait till the stock goes down a little bit more? There is so much talk out there of what will happen. Long live CART!!!!!!

Actually, I wouldn't buy any stock at all. A couple years ago I owned some CART stock. I bought it at around $16.00 per share. The following year the stock took off and went up to over $25.00 per share. I eventually sold it for about $8.00 per share (that was 4 months ago). Rumor has it that Forsythe and Pook will be buying a majority of the shares and taking CART public again so I would advise against buying CART stock.

I heard that the owner of F1 is going to buy all of CART and use it as the fianl stepping stone to F1!

True, but the buyout price will be a lot higher than the $4.60 it is now. Certain stockholders need to get their money back. So it should be around 10-15$ a share hopefully.
