Well, I'd be the last guy to criticize FOX, but at least NBC cut into their commercials or actually showed the big wreck live. During the big wreck this year at Talladega, FOX kept concentrating on Jimmie Johnsons car in 3rd while the good parts of the big wreck happened. The Big wreck at 2001 in Talladega, NBC actually showed it ! God bless you Wally Dallenbach !

They didn't want to compete with NASCAR so they tape delayed the race. It is a very smart move on CARTs part because the race would have had horrible ratings if it competed head-to-head with NASCAR.
