"We're the most successful major-market speedway ever. We're in the fourth-biggest metro market in America. New York doesn't have a speedway. Chicago and L.A. are ahead of us ..." he pauses. But again, he can't help himself. "They don't have speedways. So we're the most successful major-market speedway. But we're in this unbelievably competitive market with Jerry Jones and Tony Romo and Jessica Simpson playing for the Cowboys, and [Mavericks owner] Mark Cuban, and we've had A-Rod, had a Stanley Cup champion ... there's just so much going on and we've got Cup guys in town six days a year. Cowboys have 60 players, Mavericks have whatever. We have Cup guys in town six days a year, which means 359 days a year, we have nobody. And I have to do those things to keep us on par."
