July 27 1986, Bobby Hillin Jr. wins the Talladega 500 for his only Cup victory in 334 starts. In the process, Hillin, 22, becomes the youngest Cup winner at Talladega. He is one of seven drivers to record his only Cup victory at Talladega. The others: Ron Bouchard, Richard Brickhouse, Dick Brooks, Phil Parsons, Lennie Pond and Brian Vickers.
