Todays Daytona weather forecast

I'm 80% sure that practice is going to get canceled. I need some chez, I got so much whine right now.

Looks like the weather channel will broadcast practice today.
 
Not looking good at all. I was thinking just the first practice would get canceled. But it's looking like both now.
 
That's typical Florida weather. It rarely rains at night though. Everything will probably be dry by 4pm. Unless I'm wrong. Then it will be wet.

There, I got everything covered.

I'd like to subscribe to that theory. But if you look at weather.com, they have a 6 hour predictor, and it looks like it's right this time. Sometimes it screws it up, but I think with a 2.5 hour dry time, it's not gonna happen.

But just for you, I will sit here by my unicorn and pot of gold wishing for you upon a star.

Dude, weather.com gets their forcast from big brother, and we all know how that works. ;)

For your on the spot weather

Flash report: Standing here in Ormand Beach 10 miles north of The Speedway, it's not raining, it has been overcast all day with hardly any breeze.
 
100% chance of rain at 5pm weather channel says. I hope they are wrong and we can tell them they suck at predicting weather.

There's a pretty strong weather/rain front coming in off the gulf some are saying it will disapate crossing the state some say it will pass by the north some are saying showers at sundown.......typical Florida weather no one agrees and no one knows for sure. Only guaruntee is that it will change.
BTW we just had a light mist pass thru here.
 
I predict it will start with a light rain at the track aroudn 4:30. Give or take five minutes.

I don't know, that's all relative to how heavy Brian is and who is throwing him.

I love how we bash that guy, and he laughs all the way to the bank, and then his wife has the final laugh.
 
From the radar images it looks like the heaviest part will pass to the south of Daytona, still no rain here.
