Speed waved Stenhouse by after the restart. They had aggreed under caution that Stenhouse would pass Speed on the outside. SEVERAL ARCA spotters were complaining about the 99 slamming the 2 car and believed if they didn't stop the 99, it would be a disaster.
Sure enough it was.
Everyone at RTR is saying it was very much intentional - and that they knew it was gonna happen when they waved the green flag.
I think ARCA hit Scott Speed hard because of his clear intention and then his bad mouthing ARCA afterwards.
