That was the crappiest Toledo race i've seen. There were actually barely any wrecks, only 1 that had a lot of cars in it. Pretty much all of the good cars either had a tire go down or had something break on the car. First half of the race was really good, second half was pretty crappy.

Fits the 2010 season -- this has not been a very exciting ARCA season. I'm so used to ARCA races going down to the wire and that just hasn't happened this year except for Talladega and New Jersey.

I didn't even realize the race was today until the results came across my facebook from one of the teams.

How could ARCA do such a terrible job of promoting one of their biggest races?

It was by far the worst crowd i've seen for ARCA at Toledo. Very noticeably smaller crowd.

NFL opening weekend.

But I didn't even know there was a race today. I knew their next race was at Toledo but didn't know when. I follow ARCA on Twitter and Facebook and haven't seen anything all week. They haven't updated Facebook since Chicagoland and Twitter since DuQuoin.

Like I said, terrible job promoting the event.

The crowds have diminished quite a bit this year. What was there at DuQuoin, maybe 300 people?

So how many people will they get in the stands at Rockingham? 10? 15?

Well, the economy does indeed still suck! Yeah, the little bit they showed the stands in the race wrap-up on the ARCA website, that DuQuoin crowd was beyond pathetic. I think the only race I attended at Mansfield was 1/2-3/4 full, but they only seat 6,000. I think there will be more than 15 people at the Rock, but Andy's ARCA crowds there the last 3 years look horrific on TV. :D

I guess Iowa is the only place that packs 'em in for ARCA. And I'll bet there's always 20,000 or so at the Pocono races, even more so now if the NASCAR truck doubleheader becomes a fixture.

On TV, they look horrific in person. Last year's spring race wasn't terrible, but there were easily under 1,000 people at the fall race.
