Here is what TK said about him helping his teammate Dario keep his 3rd place position..

"For me to stay in the chase I had to win the race," Kanaan said. "I wasn't going to pass three cars in five laps. We have to be sensible and think about who has a chance to win the championship for this team. The guy has done a lot for me over the years and I was thinking about the team."

"Motor racing is a very selfish sport but I'm proud of what I did today in the Team 7-Eleven car," Kanaan said. "I get paid to drive for Michael Andretti and AGR and that's what I felt I had to do. If anybody has a problem, they can come talk to me."

Personally, I like what he did. It showed what a great team player he is. I always liked TK but what he did there made me gain even more respect for him. Way to go TK !!

I agree 100%. I don't know how legal it was, but if he chose (no "team orders") to be Dario's wingman, and I believe he did, that does show an unselfishness rarely seen in sports today. Good job Tony:beerbang:
