Hes just too far behind to make up enough ground to be in the top 10. The top 15 could also be a bit of a reach, as he cant keep up this great running forever.
He went from 35th to 21st in points in 9 races. There are 13 races left. I figured, after Chicagoland, that if he gained one spot in the points after each race he would end up 10th. Right now, he should be 23rd. But he is in 21st. It is possible.
