Last year could have been a fluke. But now i've been told we've had no less than 5 tornadoes in the metroplex today (4 in mansfield 1 in frisco). I'm gonna be living in that area next year at college, this better not be a yearly thing now...


Does the Texas date just attract these things?

Tomorrow is supposed to be really, really, really, not prettily UGLY!

I'm taking the dually to work. That's how ugly it's expected to be. They're saying to expect tornadoes and quarter size hail. Talk about forsight.
 
The forecast now is for the crap to be ugly tonight, and tomorrow.

maj--- stay alert and run for the camp shower rooms! Just like she did last year. :)

Better than here. At least your temperatures aren't going up and down jumping bouncing like a Jackrussel effing Terrier. :mad:

We still have one warm front, followed by one cold and then another warm front all ahead in the next few days.

Tornados are nothng to play around with. You all be safe and take the necessary precautions.

Texas bores me, I'd love to see Texas have to lose a date and NW gets repaired, or maybe they take that date and move it to Rockingham. :)

TMS sucks, jmo.

No, I have nothing against TMS now. When they first opened, I thought the place was terrible. The work they've done is starting to pay off. But I figured if I didn't make that comment, someone else would.

I DO have a problem with TMS.

It's just another bs cookie cutter racetracks. Charlotte and Atlanta are the only mile and a half tracks that deserve two dates.

I'll take some good ol' fashioned beating and banging on a half mile oval over Texas anyday. :D

Just make sure you don't come to Texas. ;) We certainly wouldn't want to have to BOOT you back to Maryland. :D

Don't worry, I won't.

I know you all in Texas love it, but those of us who had to watch on TV were bored as hell. Next Texas race will be great for getting a nap in.
 
Andy, I know that you've probably heard this many times before, BUT the racing AT Texas is MUCH better if you watch it live and in person. They don't show HALF of what is going on during the race on the tv broadcast.

MY boss was sitting at the entrence of turn 3. First cup race ever. He agreed it was a little on the boring side, but yeley's lackment of talent occured right in front of him.

Granted, the racing is always MUCH better on the front side, when you can see all the dogleg passes....and squeezes.
 
So you were squeezing someone's leg and making passes...I want to hear more...
