Dangit I was looking forward to this action.....anyway here's the latest:
"It came as no surprise this week when it was learned that the Team Racing Auto Circuit has filed documents with the Securities Exchange Commission saying that it will not take to the race track until April 2004. Terry Hanson, the president and chief operating officer of TRAC, said the delay is primarily a way to allow more time for the new stock-car circuit to secure a television deal.
"In conjunction with our yet to be announced TV partner, we felt that delaying our inaugural season to 2004 would be the prudent thing to do," Hanson said. "That will allow us to do a more comprehensive job in the sales and competitive aspects of such a large undertaking."
