Alice's Restaurant
I first heard this in 1969 and have only missed hearing it just a few T-days since. Brings back memories.
 
Yep, when I was in school I had a roommate who was a DJ on the college radio station. He liked to put on a long song when he was on-air but needed to heed nature's call or imbibe in a little "relaxation"... when we heard him play "Alice's Restaurant" we knew that he was partying...
 
Another pause for the cause tune,,who hasn't been there?
