I often half jokingly say New Jersey is where traffic engineers go to practice, then I saw this mess from England

Yes, that's a roundabout. They are quite exciting when you drive through one the first time. You need
a navigator in the passenger seat to watch the signs so you can exit on the right road.

The town down the road from mine has one and Columbus has them too. They aren't too bad, you just have to be careful.
 
I don't mind the ones we have around here, I just don't understand the 5 of th surrounding the main one
 
I don't understand why they design their roundabouts like gear sets, but that doesn't seem super difficult to get used to. They are totally driving on the wrong side of the road, though...
 
Called a rotary around here. I don't think we have any remaining.

I thought in England it was exit on the left road? But on that thing it's exit on the left and right road. :D
 
Thy have one in Long Beach Ca. I used to go two miles out of my way just to miss that dang thing.:wacko:
