Tina has announced FULL season plans in the CTS! Good news to me, I had heard earlier that there was a possiblity for 13-15 races but I like this much better! This is a racer with a good future in my opinion and I am anxious to see what she can do.

Here's the story

This team looks pretty reliable, but I am wondering why the number change to the #66. I think this means they will not be able to use last years points (from the #79) to help them make races. Oh Well, I dont think they will need it anyway.

this would be good info to have, that is a great question. if they change the team #, do they get to use last years points? thinking about harvick, i dont think so. any other ideas?

Is Kyle Busch going to race this year in the truck series? I believe he will be old enough around May or so.

I read lback in September or so that Kyle would be racing in the truck series as soon as he turned 18. Lets hope his attitude is better than his arrogant brothers'!!

Personally, I don't see anything wrong with Kurt's attitude, but I can see there are many people who agree with you on this. That's okay though, if Kurt is to be a bad boy, so be it. The sport needs characters, and if Kurt is one, that's the way it is. I've never seen Kyle run, but those who have tell me that he is more talented than his brother. If that is so...maybe he will take over for Mark Martin when Mark retires.

I thought Mark was going to run the truck until Kyle turned 18. It would only a few races.

Kyle is very talented behind the wheel. I've seen him on TV a few times and the young man is good.

I may not cheer for Kurt, but he's good for the sport. Keeps it interesting. :)

No Teri McDonald, sister to Randy McDonald ran a handful of races last year, in fact they made history as the only brother/sister combination to compete in the Craftsman truck series.

I think that Angie Wilson got behind the wheel for a race last year as well but I could be wrong.

Has a women ever won a pole or race in either WCS, BGN or the CTS?

In 1994 Shawna Robinson was the first woman to win a Busch series pole, No woman has won a Cup or CTS pole. Dont be surprised to see Tina win one in CTS!

Ha, remember that? Mike Wallace made sure she didn't last long in that race. He sure made a lot of enemies of himself with what he did. I guess it might have been shrugged off if he hadn't more or less told everyone that he would knock her out of the way before the race. Just racing!

I can only think of Louise Smith, Lois Tyler and Ethel Flock that ran in the Grand National years and I am pretty sure that none of them scored a win. I am not dating myself by the way, I have not ever seen any of them race. I know that a woman has not won in BGN or CTS but as far as Cup or GN I am not 100%

Tammy Jo Kirk also ran the trucks for Geoff Bodine a few years back.
I do belive that Louise Smith won a race but not 100% sure on that.

the kid has way more talent then his older bro. And some of you will remember he should have won the truck race at IRP but his truck ran out of gas.
