I saw Kyle push Bubba right through the corner and they never said anything... so I'm guessing it's "at NASCAR's discretion"

So they can break the rules in practice and it all good, qualifying too I suppose. Nascar could screw up a one car parade

Interesting that the trucks and nationwide can run around Daytona in big groups and drive like professionals, the cup guys not so much
