tsunami in Japan

Aid on the way to Japan already.

WTF? Takes them five damn days to get aid to New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina (an event that was predicted to occur), but they can get aid to Japan within 24 hours?

Psst...The Japanese asked for aid right away. Louisiana waited.

They better, we got most of our stuff from Japan lol

There's been another earthquake in Japan, on the other coast.

NBC and The Weather Channel report this IS NOT an aftershock but a new, separate earthquake.

Nice coverage today, msnbc :sarcasm:

I've been flipping between CNN with Wolf Blitzer and FOX News Live with Shepard Smith.

Sad state of affairs at msnbc -- they own The Weather Channel and can only provide ten minutes coverage of a natural disaster?

(They aren't covering other stories either, every time I've flipped to them during the hour, it's Charlie Sheen and iPad 2)

The Tsunami from the quake was absolutely devastating.....incredible footage

terrible devastation. i wonder how much damage has really been done to the nuclear power plants. nope, i don't believe what i've heard so far.

Looks like there is one nuclear plant thats in real trouble. Melt-down imminent. Lets hope the coolant gets there in time...

Guess it's a good thing the US doesn't have that many nuclear plants.

Thoughts and prayers to all in Japan.
