Tyson Recalls Raw, Frozen Chicken

Frozen, raw chicken is on the recall list today.

Tyson Foods Inc. is recalling more than 51,000 pounds of chicken over concerns it could contain soy. Tyson says soy, which is a known allergen, was not declared on the product’s label.

The chicken was processes at a plant in Vicksburg, Mississippi between July 23 and August 1. It was shipped Tyson food service distributors nationwide.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Safety Inspection Service says so far it has received no reports of people being sickened by the chicken

If soy is a known allergen, why the hell do they serve them dam "SOY BURGERS" in schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and god knows where else??? Makes no sence to me....
