“Unattended Death” Investigation near BMS

Bristol Tennessee Police are investigating what they call, “an unattended death” at a campground near Bristol Motor Speedway.

The call reportedly came in just before 8:00 a.m. Saturday from Earhart East Campground in the 2700 block of Highway 11-E.

Police do not know whether or not foul play was involved.

i am amazed there aren't more deaths reported at races, think about it, you got 150,000+ people in the same place for 2 to 4 days, accidents, heart attacks, etc. are bound to happen

Now you know that people dying at the tracks would be bad for business. They just drag the bodies down the road a few miles so it looks like they were just going thru...

a few years ago 2 guys got electrocuted at BMS setting up or tearing down their camp i can't remember witch
