I got back from the track a little while ago. It was a good race. Lots of good dicing.
It was cool listening to Mark on the scanner calmly discussing the changes he wanted on his car. Mark clearly had the best car. All of the Roush cars were pretty strong. The fastest car didn't win tonight. Excellent call by Kasey's crew chief to stay out.
The last few laps Mark's was getting the lap times from his spotter and he was over two seconds a lap faster than Kasey.
Congrats to Kasey and the crew, nice strategy.
Bummer for Menard he was fast.
Tomorrow should be good. Mark screwed up qualifying, but should run good.
