Points race is starting to tighten up.

Unfortunately, this new points system favors the 12 and the 48, because usually they tend to rack up those points in the late going. Thank you Brian France you mule!
 
But it is nice to see Rusty almost coming into the picture, just a few points away from the top 10. That and Rusty's been finishing in the top 5.

Heres to a return to victory lane :cheers:

Good to see Jeff Gordon back into the Top10 point standings,making back up ground lost due to ANdy Hillenberg's spun car ;)
 
ugh, my driver needs to stop wrecking.. wimmer's dropping like a stone.. and Newman needs to get his act together, but hey, the points do seem pretty interesting thus far

Don't forget about Kurt Busch's late season charge in 2002 season,He could repeat that effort in 2004 ;)
