Hello again all....
First of all I would like to let you know just how much I appreciate your thoughts and prayers for my mother. May the Good Lord bless you all.

The doctor we went to see on Monday will be the man doing the difficult surgery on my mother. Although he is 72 years of age, he is renowned in the hospital for his incredible work. The lymph node was "pinpointed" to somewhere near her heart, just against her esophagus. They hope that they can remove it all, and that there are not any other places that the CT left unseen. There will also be a heart surgeon present incase iit has spread to any major veins near her heart. The surgery is set for a very early monday morning at 7:30, and we'll have to be there by 5:45 for prep.

Hopefully with all of our prayers, the surgery will go as planned with the Lord's help.
