Saw the new release from the series about some rule changes. 1 was that they will now allow K&N Pro series cars to run. I don't really see how that would be completely fair, i would think the difference is large enough that someone will have a big advantage. I guess pro cup is really desperate for cars. I doubt they will get many K&N cars running in their races anyway.

Yep, their car counts are horrible. All the teams with older cars are running SCSCS... a good race for USAR draws 18-20 cars.

USAR has a big problem with venues as well -- their biggest races are North Wilkesboro and Rockingham. I doubt the crowds will be solid there though with two races at each track. They're losing all their good races because the USAR races that draw big crowds always draw big crowds and it would be better for those venues to run the K&N Pro Series or ARCA Series.
