I am thinking about getting a Vinal Cutter and start making my own stickers and do some work for orther people as well. I was just wondering what are some good ploters/cutters? and who to buy from. I have seen a few websites, for them, but did not know what one would be the best buy.

depends
Federal Trade Commission Definition for Vinal Fiber: A manufactured fiber in which the fiberforming substance is any long-chain synthetic polymer composed of at least 50% by weight of vinyl alcohol units, (-CH2CH[OH]-)X, and in which the total of the vinyl alcohol units and any one or more of the various acetal units is at least 85% by weight of the fiber.
Characteristics and Vinal Fiber Uses — Vinal fibers soften at low temperatures but have high resistance to chemicals. This makes them suitable for certain industrial uses. In some countries other than the United States, vinal fibers are referred to as polyvinyl alcohol fibers.

Are thoes stickers?

Lappy- sheet flooring (linoleum) is mostly vinyl. You can just use something as simple as a pocket knife to cut it (thats what we did for both bathrooms) or home depot (or any flooring center with linoleum). At least as far as I know?

Or you can use a heavy duty paper cutter, the guillotine kind, if you want to make sure your cuts are straight.

something like this. to make sticker's for the racecar. and graphics. The ones that you hook to an computer and polt what you want on something like Coral draw, and it cuts it in to the vinyl.
