Virginians feel burning crosses on someone's lawn is Free Speech

Burn it on your own property, your rights. Burn it on Public property, only if the law allows. Burn it on someone elses property, you should go to jail.

Umm, Paul? Stereotyping a bit today? Thought that was a bad thing. Maybe it should be SOME Virginians. Not being one, I can't speak for them.

I agree to burn one in someone else lawn to me would go beyond free speech,Trespassing and harassment comes to mind.

I must be missing something. How is an act a "freedom of speech" issue. What speech is being protected?
