what I HEARD (unconfirmed) is that both chassis will be allowed in the busch regional series, but that NASCAR will use an FIA esque approach to balance the field- minimum weights.gonna be alot of arca teams next year. I know stewart is trying to buy a few up to use for the arca dirt races. Think he offered gibbs 20 grand for one.
i dont know if the busch east and west guys will use them. I know they are suppose to use a 105 inch wheel base and the cup cars are 110. I know this year though the lower busch series had two rules packages that one allowed 110 and the other 105 and they just combined them. Dont know if they will mandate one for next year though.

howbout this- the board can pony up the money to buy the car, it can be under miggle's ownership, and Lappy and I will drive- I'll run the 2 races at TMS, Lappy can run some busch east races at kentucky, ARCA at rockingham, and cup at bristol and martinsville.
