1. (6) #29 Kevin Harvick---AVG. 7.75
Kevin Harvick leads the Hot & Cold series for the first time ever. Harvick really is a championship contender… well he would be if Kenseth would wreck.

2. (15) #12 Ryan Newman---AVG. 8
Ryan really jumped up here quick. He must have heard the year is getting closer to its end.

3. (3) #17 Matt Kenseth---AVG. 8.75
Kenseth holds his spot in the points, and in my Hot & Cold. He is really unbelievable this year! His worst finish has been 22nd…once!!!

4. (9) #48 Jimmie Johnson---AVG. 9.75
The win at New Hampshire helped push Jimmie on up here…he has been working at it for a while.

5. (18) #21 Ricky Rudd---AVG. 10.75
It seems like I always have at least one that really surprises me…and Ricky Rudd is my surprise pick of the week. His last four finishes have been 15th, 3rd, 13th, and 12th.

6. (1) #24 Jeff Gordon---AVG. 11
Jeff Gordon seems to be the guy hated right now… he has got Robby Gordon on his tail, and now he added Greg Biffle after that incident at New Hampshire.

7. (16) #31 Robby Gordon---AVG. 13.25
Robby sure does not like the other Gordon on the track and he likes to tell him about it!

8. (11) #99 Jeff Burton---AVG. 13.75
Great last few finishes by Jeff Burton…his last 4 finishes have been 38th, 2nd, 6th, and 9th.

9. (2) #15 Michael Waltrip---AVG. 14.25
Michael and Tony have tied this week. The #15 car fell down 7 spots this week.

9. (5) #20 Tony Stewart---AVG. 14.25
Well DeeDee was incorrect…at least Tony is out of that slump he had at the beginning of the year!

11. (4) #19 Jeremy Mayfield---AVG. 15.5
Mayfield ties this week with Bill Elliott and Dale Earnhardt Jr. Man Mayfield surprised me the last few weeks, but I knew it wouldn’t last long. He is still 11th though.

11. (10) #9 Bill Elliott---AVG. 15.5
The #9 Dodge loses one spot this week. His last 4 finishes have been 4th, 16th, 11th, and 31st.

11. (13) #8 Dale Earnhardt Jr. ---AVG. 15.5
Dale Earnhardt Jr. just couldn’t break in to the top 10. Maybe next week.

14. (7) #18 Bobby Labonte---AVG. 16
Bobby must have still smelt like a barbeque pit, because he stunk out there at New Hampshire…until the end… and that’s when it matters. :D :p

14. (8) #5 Terry Labonte---AVG. 16
Terry finally fell out of the top 10 but, I predict he is back in it next week. B)

16. (NR) #16 Greg Biffle---AVG. 17
The Pepsi 400 winner breaks back onto the charts…but not with a dramatic entry. He and Jeff Gordon better get things resolved before Pocono…or I see someone spinning out the other.

17. (12) #6 Mark Martin---AVG. 17.75
The #6 car falls down again…boy 97…I think you jinxed him!!! :D

18. (17) #38 Elliott Sadler---AVG. 20.5
The M&M’s ford falls back again. He is slowly but surely sliding out of the top 20.

19. (20) #2 Rusty Wallace---AVG. 21.25
Rusty Wallace once again barely sticks in here…but that’s all it takes.

20. (NR) #7 Jimmy Spencer---AVG. 21.5
I am pretty sure that Jimmy Spencer has never made the top 20…until now…welcome to the top 20 Mongo!

Glad Tony is doing better! Good job as always baby!
