Congratulations to Justin and the team.

Terry was almost speechless and definitely losing it in Victory Lane. Bet grand-dad was jumping up and down, too. :bounce:

So proud of this kid. Still can't believe it.

Awwwwwwwwwwwwww, this is just like a good storybook ending!!!!!
Only this is just one of the first chapters.
I'm sure Justin will do some more.

Terry couldn't hold the happy tears, could he??
The whole Labonte clan will be partying tonight!!!!!
:D  :XXROFL: :XXROFL: :D

That was an exciting race and a great finish. Congrats to Justin, he was there at the right time. Too bad for Mike Wallace though.

Really happy for the LaBomtes, in order to win first you have to put your self in contention to win. :D

I was SOOOOO happy for Justin! He was driving smart! Terry looked SOOOOO proud and I bet grampa and Uncle Bobby almost as proud as Terry!

Iceman melted!

What a wonderful family image they ALL display!

How many laps down did the big orange end up. :XXROFL:
His motor let go and he rolled into the garage...dnf. :XXROFL:

Great job by Justin and the crew....you could see how proud Terry was in victory lane.

Although i was really excited to see justin win , i couldn't help but feel very bad for Mike Wallace. The dissapointment in his voice during the post race interview was so evident. It would of given that Geico team an even bigger boost to win 2 in a row. But like they say ...That's Racin. Congrats to the entire Labonte clan and Justin.

One of these days I'll remember to set the recorder for an additonal 90 minutes. Recorded the race with the specified time allotted by NBC only to lose the last twenty laps when the time ran over.

Glad to see Justin win and wish I could have seen the joy on Terry's face in Victory Lane.

Too bad about Mike Wallace but the win for Justin was the same as Mike's win last week, being in the right position to win. Mike is truly one of the better guys in the garage.

What happened to J.J. ???

For those who care to get it on tape (or those who missed the final 20 laps ;)) the race a 2 and 1/2 hour version of the race will re-air on SPEED on Wednesday at noon eastern.

On Wednesday at 4 pm eastern, SPEED has 2 hour show that recaps all three NASCAR premeire series races from the weekend called Fast Forward.

Thanks for the info, Tony.

Sorta makes me feel the part of the village idiot upon remembering, after the fact, it is prudent to add mucho time to the advertised programing.
Of course the salvation is your providing the information of where to pickup where I fell short. Thanks again.

That was a fantastic race all around. If we were rateing it, I'd give it a 10. Great job by Justin. Only downside to the race was that David Stremme got taken out so early.

Wally nailed this one on the head pretty early.... you simply did not want to be leading this race until the last lap. Seemed like every leader had some sort of problem while they were leading...

Bobby Hamilton Jr - Engine Failure
Kyle Busch - Flat Tire
Matt Kenseth - Flat Tire
Greg Biffle - Overheating
Mike Bliss - Engine Failure
Mike Wallace - out of gas

Whizzer, you ain't alone. I did the same thing.
Had to work yesterday and depended on TIVO to
record the race. Didn't think to tell it to keep recording
for a bit after the scheduled end of the race. DUH!!!!!!!!!!!
Bet we don't do that again. LOL
