Weird computer problem!

Earlier today, I logged out and shut my computer down. When I turned it back on later-----I swear to God, the screen was sideways. In other words the clock was in the upper right corner, the desktop, the whole everything was sideways! Imagine as you read this take your monitor and lay on either side, that is what was on my screen. In order to make sense of the screen I would have had to turn my monitor on it's right side so everything would appear normal. I thought it was some monitor setting or something but nothing checked out on that. I had to use system restore to correct the problem.

I ran a virus check and everything checked out clean...what in the hell could have caused this??? Has anyone heard of anything like this before?

Apparently the 'flip screen on it's side' tab got accidentally changed. My only question would be why in the hell that tab is even there? Just to see how stuff looks sideways?? :wacko: I will never understand this stuff....
 
If that happened to me, I'd be freaked out ..... fer shur! :blink:
 
Are ya sure you wasn't just lookin at the screen sideways? :lol:

Well, time to fess up...........it's happened to me too!! :D I think it was with 95 SE. It's a option that allows you to view your monitor in "landscape" or "portrait" mode!! You want "landscape".!! :D
