I would like to welcome Dale Jr and any of his fans who wish to join us into the Hendrick Motorsports family (as much as I can being just a lowly long-time fan of Jeff Gordon and eventually his teammates).

Dale has always been a really good guy and has developed into a very good driver. Adding him to Jeff Gordon and Jimmie Johnson is almost too good to be true.

In addition, most of Dale Jr's fans have always been some of the most die-hard fans out there.

Pull up a chair Jr fans and crack open a cold Bud (just make mine a Molson please ;) ) It is good to have you aboard :cheers:

You forgot about Casey Mears. He's part of the team. :)
 
Well I have a hard time welcoming some of Junyer Nation into the HMS house. They don't appear to be house broken. But, maybe some of the humility that emanates from Hendricks will rub off and do some of them some good where they're not the drunken loud mouth show offs you so often run into.

I just hope Lil'E don't entice those HMS boys into a hot tub :)

Perhaps Dale will get Visa as a sponsor. Then when Jeffey wins, Dales fans can throw their credit cards over the fence. Oh, I just thought... his fans prolly can't get a credit card can they?

I still believe that Budweiser will continue to be Jr's sponsor. If not, there should not be any problem in getting a new sponsor aboard.

Um, no there won't. If Bud drops from the running, the other sponsors will be pulling out millions and rushing to the door of Hendrick Motorsports like a herd of wild elephants.

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST ENCOUNTER WITH JUNIOR?

"At the Daytona 500 in '98 staying with Ron Hornaday in a condo. Ron's son Ronnie was there with Dale Junior and we three didn't have much to do except run around and get into trouble. He still owes me a belt. He had to go to an event with his dad. I think it was a Chevy dinner and he didn't have a belt. He borrowed my belt and I never got it back. So that was my first experience with him quite some time ago."

Actually Wal-Mart does issue credit cards.
I got one to save the 3 cents off of my gas. :cool:
