CHRISTMAS...........is everybody ready now?
or are you still sending out cards, pkgs, buying last minute or first minute gifts.............

I AM DONE.........just waiting on a couple of things to get here in the mail, so holding my breath, one won't be here till after xmas...crap......oh well......

but I am done............De keeps tempting me with the gifts he got me, everyday he comes home and says "here shake this" he is light a little kid at christmas..... :)
 
I can't wait for Christmas! I am worse than a kid! I keep telling Tay she can open a present if I can open one, little stinker keeps telling me NO! Can you believe that. lol. I love this time of year! Everything is done, although I did just finish making two gifts one for my secretary and one for a friend of mine. I make several different kinds of Santas but here is a picture of the kind I made this morning. I am so excited I can't wait to have Tay open her presents!!

Just finished baking the last of the cookies. What a job. Made 6 batches of Kalachki (spelling). Cookies with poppyseed or nut mixture or apricot fillings. Made all 3 types. Shopping is all done. Now just waiting for Santa.
 
got my ham today finally......and all the other fixings.......had to go buy a new casserole dish, broke the other some time ago and never replaced it, gotta put that green bean casserole in it you know.........
oh ya bought some champagne flutes today, they were only 6 bucks to go with the korbel champagne ...... :beerbang: :beerbang:

I have a recipe for sweet potato cornbread that is pretty good. Not really a recipe for Christmas though.
 
Yes, it is almost here and will gone before we know it.

Just have a few more gifts to wrap .....
