Figured everyone else was so why couldn't we!

Just got back from looking at a new place and it went fantastic! The people were very nice.

It's a two family house and we'll be renting the first floor.

Finally moving out of this nasty building!

yeah...you don't know how bad I want to move..............all our neighbors are nothing but GOOFBALLS...........WEIRDO'S......
UNFRIENDLY BUNCH OF PEOPLE..........not a one to have morning coffee with or yak with...............can't even let our dog out because of the nasty neighbors............boy I could go on and on and on and on............:(

crappy parking, no one is considerate.....cable thieves.........you don't know the half of it............IT IS TERRIBLE HERE.........:mad:

but really glad for you two.........like to see people get out of a situation they're not happy in.............:)

trust me I would love too.........I have a friend that lives in plymouth ohio that begs me to move there....but would rather move more south if we did make a big move.........

they're are nothing but phonies here in california..........:(
at least in southern california..........
 
Are you guys from there?I thought it was cool to visit,but I could not live out there at all.
 
Congrats Paul!

We may be moving pretty soon too. I hope so anyway. I've been approached at work about a transfer/promotion that would pay me like $30,000 or so more a year. I still have to interview for it, but if it goes through it would befinitely be worth moving 153 miles from here. It would still be in Ohio, just western Ohio.

I'm not from here............just lived here since 1980..I am a native Floridian..........De lived out here in his teen years and then lived in arkansas........he considers himself an arkansas man......

If I had had my way back then, I never would have moved out here..........:(

Martin was racing when I lived in Arkansas......I've only been back here since 97. I was an Earnhardt guy there too!!:) But, most people in Arkansas rooted for Mark.......I was just as much an outcast there as I am here!:D

I've moved so much in my life that I can't stand it, but there's nothing better than getting settled into a place that you truely love! I adore the place that I'm in now. I'm going to miss it when I finally get to move back to SC.

WTG Paul! I've been in your shoes with this scenario before and it's a great feeling!!

Wait a minute, both my kids (PHD and MD) live in CA, son is a vegan tho...eats TOFU:bleh: Neither is fruit, nuts or flakes.

BUT I LOVE NUTS (married to one), fruit and popcorn:p :D

If I had thought ya'll belonged there I wouldn't have said MOVE. Being born in Florida I've always had a thing for disliking Calif.

Always heard the difference between Calif oranges and Florida oranges was that the Calif oranges sucked back.

Spent six months in So. Cailf. and couldn't wait to get the He** out. Never see this southren boy back, don't give a da** what they pay. The only real people I ever met there wern't from there.
 
What's the pay scale for a non union journeyman electrician in South Carolina? What's the prospect for commercial development in (say) Charleston?:D

what part of florida? I lived in pompano beach almost all my life till I moved to this god forsaken state.............you got it..southern california is the S**t's, would not recommend anyone to live here.....to many superifcal stuck up snobby people to suit me, to many other kind I am not gonna mention either..DE knows who I am referring too.......:)
and I don't think they pay any better then anyone else here.......big deal it doesn't snow..............I would put up with snow to get the hell out of here............:)
