What a great day

Today turned out to be a terrific day. We had a house full and a meal that everyone loved. The Mrs can sure turn out a great dinner, of course I helped. I trust that everyone had a wonderful day. God bless you all.

It was a wonderful day here, too. For once, all my food got done at the same time! LOL
Usually one item doesn't get finished at when it should, but this time all came out together.

The sad thing, this is the last Christmas I'll spend in this house. It has so many memories --- we've lived here since 1979. This was where my mom spent her last Christmas. I'll be very sad when I do move.

TRL, do what my aunt did when she moved from her home of 35 years. She went out in the back yard and picked up some rocks and bricks that had been in the garden. They went with her to the new house. They and their memories now reside in the new garden in the back yard of her new home.
