Bill is driving that car for one and only one reason and that is because Kenny Schrader couldn't keep it in the top 35. Elliott was brought in to achieve that goal early in the season when Schrader's performance took the car out of the top 35. Once Bill got the car back into the top 35, he relenquished the seat to Schrader again and the next thing we know, the car is out of the top 35 again.
I don't have any illusions that Bill will have a great race today, but I don't think that he will be as much of a failure as Kenny has been this year. This track is the fastest track on the circuit and because of that, I would say that those cars that do well at Daytona and Taladega will more than likely be the ones to beat. I look for Dale Jarrett to go backwards and never be a contender for the win. I look for Jeffy, Jimmie, Busch 1&2, and probably Jr and possibly Kahne, Newman, Kenseth and Edwards not too far behind.
