Well, for 30 years I stood in front of 150 7th graders per day, and tried to teach them the proper use of English.

Now, my work consists of enjoying life. :)

TurboDiesel, do you make the boxes, or just the material? And how is it made?

Oh, and don't worry about fighting...that's what people do.

I work in inbound telemarketing for the best long distance company on the planet.

Don't worry, TD, that thread was not perceived as a fight, just an expression of frustration with the constant focus on the issue.
I hope our responses have helped educate you on the issue.

if i had my way though i would be a car audio/computer/fishing junkie....only problem is all the fun would be taken out of my passions in life.
:(

i work in manufacturing. will leave it at that. :)

Just a commercial electrician here. Spend my days bending pipe, building conduit racks, cussing HVAC people for getting that 3 ft A/C duct dead center in my way (that's for my buddy 71!!:) ), pulling wire, and trying not to get electricuted!!:)

Oh yea, like you've got room to talk Mr. Conduit Rack right thru the middle of the attic!

The way I figure it, there be sparkies, tinners, and wanna-bees out there on the job-site. Well, a good crane operator or helicopter pilot comes in handy at times but ohter than that, it's you and me bud.

And yea, I LOVE Kurt's attitude. When yer good, yer good.

And, us painters have to repair the "mistakes" where the electrical outlets and the piping have been installed, moved, changed, and moved again, and again, and again......patches, patches, and more patches.......backcharge 1, 2, 3 etc....

Painters don't count. They be artist, not construction workers.

I work at an antique mall during school hours and then home with the sweet little girls of mine after that, of course their sweetest when they're asleep! I am also cheerleading coach for the school.

Hey, that's a change order......more money for my boss!! He loves them, we hate them! I know what you mean though. Removed outlets on a change order, then moved it to the other side of the room on a change order, then put it back where it was originally on a change order.......lots of money for my boss, lots of a pain in the butt for me!! But I don't feel sorry for you painters though.........filling my recepticals with latex paint ain't nice, you know!:D
