One of the things that I thought would probably show up on the do-not-like list is the TV coverage. It must not be nearly as bad as our Andy is always complaining about, but I'm sure if people were asked specifially about the coverage, it wouldn't rate very high.

One of the things about the coverage is just like TV coverage of hockey. People who love that sport know what I mean. Going to the game and seeing it in person is a 100% better than seeing it on TV. There's just so much you can see on TV and the producers want to show what they believe to be the most important part of the sport.

It's clear that there's nothing like being at the track for the full experience of racing. If you only want to know who wins, the TV is the only thing you need, but to be blown away, head to the track and smell the smell, hear the noise and be part of the crowd.

What you posted is basically the #1 Reason listed in the poll why fans like Nascar.

It is pretty obvious that the TV coverage isn't in the top 5 reasons what people don't like.

Those top 5 dislikes ran the fans off, so they dont watch the races anymore to realize that the coverage is really #1 on that list.

Was ESPN's coverage an option in this poll. :XXROFL:

I'm surprised the season being a bit too long didn't make the list.
