What is HMS doing?

In his post race, Brad talked about how the HMS cars have found an advantage by having 'some parts that move around'. He also went on to say that Penske has know what it is for some time, but Roger refuses to play in the gray area.

If you watch the HMS cars clean their tires, you'll see their rear axels move more than other cars. I wonder if this feature is what caused Danica problems at Montreal.

Anyone else notice how much the HMS rear tires shift when the cars are wiggling to clean their tires?

one of the commentators mentioned it. When NASCAR said the cars can only have X degrees of skew for sideforce, they can only measure it in tech. So they're using loose components that allow the axles to scoot left and skew the car right, for more right-side sideforce, but return to normal for tech

OK, that makes perfect sense. That may be something to stay away from until nascar rules on it, but they never penalized anyone for the tilted rear bar they eventually banned. I'm not exactly sure what it was, but it was an advantage.
 
On an unrelated topic , did Jeff Gordon have some harsh words to say about Junior after the race ? I heard something about it but didn't catch what was said .

Gordon was pissed Jr made it 4 wide then scooted in front of him, alittle too close..then said he was glad Jr was doing good. Yeah right. Funny how Gordon and JJ pouted today......Johnson couldnt leave fast enough

If Penskes doesn't want maximum performance it isn't Hendricks problem. How many cup titles does the Captain have?
