This is what I've been doing during my recent hiatus from society. The garage is a nice place to hide from everything.

I've got a ways to go before I get it in the truck. I rebuilt the trans with some mods and shift kit the week after I got back from the Vegas race...

Looks good BF

Better you than me on the trans.I tried that 1 time about 6 days later still had to go to the local trans shop.

I can't wait to get it in and running. Starting out, the block was my dad's. We were both building the same type of motor. We were going to race each other but my dad came down with pancreatic cancer and passed away before he had a chance to hear it run. I took his block, rotating assembly and intake and used my heads, cam, valvetrain and carburetor. It's now a father/son collaboration. I know he's going to be smiling down on me when he hears this thing fire up!
And, yes, Ford blue is beauteous.
:D

Love the job you did on the fuel line.Where did you get it ,did it come as a kit?

No, it's not a kit. I bought 3/8" stainless hard line, a tube bender and black anodized nuts and sleeves. I went through $60 worth of hard line before I got the hang of it
