the IV by his name indicates that there are at least 4 Bill Webers on file. When a personality has the same name as the others and hasn't been in a lot of stuff, the names get mixed up on IMDB. In this case, I'm pretty sure the "SexTV" is a mix up of the other Bill Weber who was the Editor of the same show...not the TV guy.
