The real questions are, why is she doing this, what does she have to gain. Do you really think she will get access to this type of information?
 
The article says that they are trying to assess his net worth as a car owner also. It is a load of crap and I hope that they don't get squat from the other owners.:mad:
 
The other owners won't bite unless they are forced by the court to do it. If that happens it will open a can of worms that will really screw up the sport, meaning all the teams will have to disclose where there sponsor money goes, how they pay their drivers, crews, ect...by doing this, the sport will become like baseball and football. Money hungry drivers will be trying to out do other drivers for salary, i can just see it now a salary cap in Nascar. If this happens sadly i will stop being a fan, she is medeling in territory where she should not go!
 
I agree mopar, but i think she is up against a lot bigger force than just ole Jeffy now, I don't think she wants to tackle the legal teams of DEI, Rousch, Yates, Hendricks or any of those guys. I think she is headed for trouble
 
Sad part is ,She is gonna spend a lot of Jeffs money to fail to prove her point.I would Imagine a settlement will be met before it even makes it to a courtroom.;)

From what I heard last night, the intent is to get a better picture of what Jeffy is truely worth. Roush is not the only teams that have been supenaed (does that sound right? :) ). From what I understand, her attorneys want to get a better guage of what Jeffy is capable of earning in the future. Now why that, I don't know. Hell, I wish I did because then I'd be going to all the races and traveling in style. I'd be right up there with the big boys! :) But, as it is, I'm just a lowly mailman, trying to get by. :(
 
Brooke sucks for Nascar bottom line, she will be run out and not allowed to hurt the sport it is too much of a corporate tight knit giant that dosen't allow infringement in its' sacred garages.....if you know what i mean?!!!;)
