what track do you want dozed down?

That RR Track between the office, and the house.:) Homestead gets my vote followed by Homestead.;)

Where is New Hampshier and Louden?
Can't find either place on any of my maps.
Must exist in the minds of those race fans who don't understand anything about racing beyond Winston Cup and are so shallow they refuse to admit such things are not only possible, but real as well.
Maybe some of them should take the time to visit a flat track and see exactly how much more "racing" there is than what is shown on TV. Drivers actually have to drive the car with their brain as well as their right foot, and the mechanics have to know what works to make the car turn. They can't rely on the banking to turn the cars for them.
Maybe those same minds should have paid more attention to their spelling and English teachers while they were in school as well?

dirtymo, all I can say is :ROFLMFAO: :ROFLMFAO: :ROFLMFAO:

Sonoma (Infineon?)........surely there's a better road course available.

Ok all you guys that can't spell...It is New Hampshire. And i am from New England and i know all about watching stock cars on flat tracks and you can ask Paul about this too because he lives a few towns over from where i grew up. Has anyone ever heard of Stafford Motor speedway in Conn? Well it just happens to be one of the best tracks in the US. and it is flat! 6 degrees in turn 1 and 2 and 8 degrees in 3 and 4, ask Geoff Bodine, Jimmy Spencer,Mike Mcglauhlin, Tommy Baldwin,Jerry Nadeau, and Steve Park what they think about racing on a flat track? They all cut their teeth at Stafford. I agree that New Hampshire needs to be re-built in the corners, probably concrete them, but to change the banking would just make it another Dover. Flat tracks really test a drivers' ability like some one said before in this thread. Oh yeh Earnhardt raced at Stafford too and lost!

Ah, come on! You wouldn't really want to do that would you?

Sounds like everyone wants "cookie cutters".:) Only they want two cookies.........Bristle and Darlington.:D

Okay DEW, let's play a game. You name two tracks you want, then I'll name two and then you name two more and then me again. Let's see what tracks are at the top and which ones are at the bottom. I'm changing the rule already...I'll go first. Bristol and Darlington. :)

That's easy.:) All the ovals, in any order, then the roads.:D Bottom of the heap.........Somona.:D

Nope, not playing, buck..........I've stated so many times on this forum that I like them all. There is a pretty good mix of track types. I prefer ovals. I like short tracks for the same reason most do......bash em up, beat them to flag racing. I like the cookie cutters, I like the 2 milers, I like the 2.5 plus milers (even with the restrictor plates), I like the flat tracks, I like the high banked tracks, and I even like the roads.........though, if they were to eliminate any track, I would prefer it be one of the roads (Infineon would be my first choice). All the tracks when combined test any driver and team quite well........the driver and team that does the best after racing on all the tracks on the circuit deserves the trophy.

Changes can and probably will be made in the future to improve the competition.......test the driver's abilities further. That is good..........I welcome it. Basically, what I'm saying is that I'm pretty much satisfied with the tracks on the the schedule.

From the title of this thread, I took it to mean what track do you like least.........that, I stated: Sonoma.:)

Please someone bulldoze Talledega. I'll pay you!!!!!!!!!

Second choice? Pocono or Daytonna

The Road course situation bothers me in nascar they either need to add some more RC tracks, add more dates to the current ones or get rid of them. 2 tracks with one date each is rediculous. Take out homestead or dega.

kansas, louden, chicagoland and take a race away from dover.

I agree with ya on that one smack. Lose a date from two current tracks and add two more roadies. That would be much better. Get rid of a New Hampshire date and Dega date if you don't tear it up!!!

Yep i agree if New Hampshire does not solve their problems Nascar should take away a date and add Road Atlanta or Virginia International as a road course date. I'd like to see another short track in there as well somethng under 3/4 of a mile.

I say lose 1 each at Louden, Pocono, 'Dega and (sigh) Daytona.

Add Road Atlanta (FANTASTIC ROAD COURSE), Virginia International, KY, and a new short track.
I HATE plate races!!! (And 1 dirt track would be fantastic!)

Why would someone want to get rid of daytona or talledega? thats nuts, those are the best two races all year. I think they should doze chicagoland, and add another road course to their schedule.
